Hello, I am Burak Pehlivan. The education I received at the Vienna Technical University Faculty of Architecture allowed me to approach architecture from an advertising perspective. While living in Vienna between 2008-2016, I shaped my career as a project coordinator at well-established institutions such as Doğan News Agency. With the experiences and knowledge I gained in the field of architecture, interpreting the dynamics and innovations in the sector and signing strong projects has always been at the center of my life, and this passion continues now with World of Condos.

After returning to Turkey, I had the opportunity to work with leading companies in Turkey through my position at Lucky Eye. I took part in many important projects such as Turkish Airlines, Garanti BBVA Bank, Yapı Kredi and Sabancı Group in different positions. In addition, in 2017-2018, I collaborated with IBM in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning and integrated the latest innovations offered by technology into my current projects.

In 2019, I founded Black Cap Media and began the process of developing digital marketing solutions and providing end-to-end marketing and sales support..

Today, as the founder of World of Condos, we provide interior design and real estate investment consultancy to global investors. My goal is to transform my knowledge and experience in the sector into projects that best meet the needs of investors.
