Copyright Policy
We explain who owns the content on World of Condos, how you can use it and how we protect the rights of rights holders. We respect both your work and ours.
Listings, designs, articles, videos and photos are secured by World of Condos Co., Ltd.
Our content is produced by our team or used with permission from the rights holders.
We quickly review and remove content whose copyright you believe belongs to you.
In cases of unauthorised use, we pursue our rights before the Thai courts.
1. Ownership of content
All content published on worldofcondos.com and the World of Condos mobile app is owned by, or used under licence by, World of Condos Co., Ltd., incorporated in Thailand. This content includes:
- Listing texts, listing photos, floor plans and project visuals
- Interior designs, design visuals and 3D work
- Blog posts, articles, guides and market analyses
- Videos, documentaries, interviews and YouTube content
- The World of Condos name and logo, interface design, page layouts, calculators and software
This content has either been produced originally by our team or is used with the necessary permissions and licences obtained from property owners, developers, photographers and other rights holders. The usage rights to all content are held by and under the permission of World of Condos Co., Ltd.
2. Which laws protect it?
Copyright arises automatically at the moment a work is created; no registration is required. Our content is protected by the following:

3. How can you use our content?
You do not need separate permission for the following uses:
- Viewing the site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Sharing content using page links and the share buttons on the site.
- Making short quotations; these must be limited to the purpose of quotation, credit "World of Condos" as the source and link to the relevant page.
Any other use, reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission. We are happy to consider your permission requests.
4. What you may not do without permission
- Copy or republish listing texts, photos, videos or designs on other websites, social media accounts or listing platforms.
- Remove or alter logos, watermarks or ownership information in images.
- Collect content and data using bots, scrapers or automated tools; use content to train artificial intelligence models.
- Imitate the site design, page layouts, calculators or our brand identity.
- Use our content in a way that creates the impression of a connection with World of Condos.
5. Scope of our responsibility
World of Condos is responsible only for content published on worldofcondos.com and our official channels.
We are not responsible for any action taken by third parties outside the site. This includes imitation of our site design or models, copying of content, and unauthorised use of our images and videos. Such uses do not indicate World of Condos' approval or cooperation. The content of third-party sites we link to is the responsibility of their respective owners.
If you come across a suspicious listing or account using our name, logo or content, please let us know.
6. Your rights are protected too
We respect the intellectual property rights of others with the same care:
- Photos and information obtained from property owners and developers are used only within the scope of the permission given and to promote the relevant property.
- You retain ownership of the photos, documents and content you send us. We use them only to provide the service and to the extent of the permission you give.
- When you ask for content to be removed, we take it down within a reasonable time after your permission ends.
7. Copyright infringement notice
If you believe that content on our site appears by mistake or without permission, or that you own its copyright, please contact us. We are glad to complete the process quickly and put things right for you.
Your notice should include:
- Your name, contact details and, if you are acting on behalf of the rights holder, information showing your authority.
- A description of the work whose rights you believe have been infringed.
- A direct link (URL) to the relevant content on our site; if there is no link, a screenshot.
- Documents showing your ownership of the rights, such as a licence, certificate, registration document, original file or publication record.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you believe in good faith that the content is being used without permission.
Send us the information above, attaching the documents that show your ownership of the rights to your email.
8. What happens after a notice?
We usually confirm receipt of your notice within 2 business days.
We review your documents and the source of the content. We ask for more information if needed.
If the request appears justified, we promptly remove the content or block access to it.
We inform you of the outcome in writing. The party that provided the content is given the opportunity to object.
If the party that provided us with the content believes the removal was wrong, it may submit a reasoned objection. This process follows the notice and counter-notice principles introduced by the 2022 amendment to the Thai Copyright Act. Please note that knowingly making a false or misleading notice may give rise to legal liability.
9. Our rights in case of unauthorised use
If our content is copied without permission, obtained by unfair means or used improperly, World of Condos Co., Ltd. reserves all its legal rights. In that case:
- We will demand that the infringement stop and the content be removed.
- We will send takedown notices to hosting providers, platforms and search engines.
- We will pursue our rights under Thai law before the Thai courts and the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, seeking damages, injunctions and other remedies provided by law.
- If the infringement takes place in another country, we may also seek remedies under that country's law within the framework of the Berne Convention and TRIPS.
In cases of repeated infringement, we close the user accounts concerned.
