To protect our investors' trust, we evaluate every collaboration by the same criteria: official registration, authorization and a written contract. We do not collaborate with structures outside these principles.

Sharing your documents in your first email speeds up the assessment. All information is used confidentially and only for the eligibility assessment.
Companies registered in Thailand
- DBD company registration certificate (Company Affidavit)
- Tax registration number
- A document showing the field of activity and any relevant licenses
- Name, title and signing authority of the authorized representative
International firms
- Trade registry / company registration record in your country
- License or permit documents for your field of activity
- A document showing international trade / operating authorization
- Tax record and authorized representative details

Can I collaborate as an individual?
No. We only establish collaborations with companies registered with the DBD in Thailand or firms that are officially registered in their own country and authorized to operate internationally.
How are commissions and payments determined?
Every collaboration is based on a written contract. The terms are determined by the chosen model and scope; all payments are made with invoices and on record.
How do you work with firms outside Thailand?
We work with authorized firms in their own country through referral and joint marketing models. All transactions in Thailand are carried out by our team and legal advisors in accordance with local legislation.
When will my application be evaluated?
It is taken into evaluation when your documents arrive complete, and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
