Şeyda Şen

Hello, I am Şeyda Şen. With the education I received from Marmara University, I have successfully managed real estate project offices for many years and have brought many projects to life by using this valuable experience in the field of investment consultancy.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a production coordinator in TV series and movies in Turkey. I am also a movie director. In addition, I am the owner of Black Cap Media, which operates in the field of digital marketing and media.

Today, World of Condos, which I founded, is a real estate investment company serving investors worldwide. We operate in a wide range of areas from interior design to architectural projects, from home sales to comprehensive consultancy services.

Together with World of Condos, we continue to offer solutions specific to the needs and expectations of investors.
