Hello, I am Kutay Özgün Kadir. I work as the chief technology officer at World of Condos. In this period when technology is becoming increasingly important in the real estate sector, I work in the digital transformation center of architecture and real estate. At the same time, I continue my doctoral academic education on optimization, meta-heuristic algorithms, programming and web development.

The subject of “Machine Learning” and “Optimization” that I focused on in my doctoral thesis can also yield good results when used in the real estate sector. I believe that when technology is combined with architectural projects built on solid foundations, it can create new opportunities to increase the quality of the services we offer to our customers.

With all the experience I have gained, I research ways to integrate technology into real estate processes and actively take part in the management of projects using data analytics and automation.
