Hello, I’m Lawyer Kritsanapon Kriangkrairit. I graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ramkhamhaeng University. With an academic background in Law and Human Resource Management, I combine legal expertise with organizational insight in every case I handle. Under the World of Condos umbrella, I provide legal consultation to offer our investors a safe and transparent experience throughout the property purchase and rental processes. This includes title deed verification, fund transfer supervision, document review, and regulatory compliance.

Working with World of Condos, I provide legal and management consulting services to both Thai and international clients, while also taking part in legal marketing management initiatives.

In the past, I worked with government agencies such as the Royal Thai Police as a Chinese language interpreter and served in various administrative roles. I have also been actively involved in Thailand’s social and political development, and today, through my candidacy for the House of Representatives and the Chonburi Provincial Council, I aim to contribute further to my community.

Through my role at World of Condos, my goal is to ensure that every client investing in Thailand’s real estate market does so with complete legal security and peace of mind.
