Design Description

In line with our client's request, we redesigned a 41 square meter condo with a modern approach. Our project aimed to make this small living space more useful by prioritizing functionality and aesthetics.

Changes to the Previous Design:

In the previous design, the toilet was accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. This structure, which aimed to create a suitable area for guests, was far from being practical. Considering the scenarios where two people stay, we developed a more functional layout with the hall area. In this way, we increased privacy and facilitated the use of guests.

New Furniture Options with a Minimalist Approach:

We renewed all the furniture by adopting a minimal style in the interior of the house. We ensured the integrity of the area by using contemporary and stylish designs. In addition, we made the necessary updates in the back channel areas without making any changes to the floor. This increased the spaciousness and aesthetics of the living space.

Result:

The redesigned 41 square meter condo was made functional, aesthetic and comfortable to meet the needs of modern life. By exceeding our customer's expectations, we have created a unique and practical living space.
